Breathwork Mastery is different to many other styles of breathwork; It’s not about pushing for an outcome or forcing a breakthrough. It’s about creating the conditions for authentic and lasting change. This is a breathwork style where you are always in control of your experience, and the process only goes as deep as your system feels safe to go.
A calm and concious breath
Breathwork Mastery is a deeper than usual, conscious, circular breath, it supports the parasympathetic “rest and digest” state creating the nervous system safety needed for your body to access, release, and resolve what’s been held beneath the surface.
Access your subconscious
This is a transformative style of breathwork where the conditions are created that can enable you to access your subconscious. This is the deep layer of your mind which holds limiting patterns, beliefs, and decisions about yourself and life that were formed when you were small and defenceless.
As these layers are brought into conscious awareness, they begin to lose their hold and can be released and resolved, allowing new beliefs and decisions to be anchored from the maturity of your adult perspective. New beliefs mean that authentically and spontaneously, you begin to experience yourself and life differently.

Real change happens when you feel safe and supported enough. Numbers are kept small, so you receive individual support from experienced facilitators.
There is something powerful about being alongside others doing this work. Fellow seekers and cycle breakers create a sense of connection and shared understanding. Community becomes part of what supports the change.

With your facilitator's support, you’ll be guided to create a clear, embodied intention for the area of your life where you most desire change. Your intention begins to orient your psyche. From here, the Breathwork session unfolds in response, bringing to the surface what is in the way of that intention coming to fruition. What arises may be something ready to be released, resolved, anchored, or strengthened.

Lying on a mat, you will be guided into a 90-minute breathwork session. The breath is calm, fuller than usual, without effort, conscious and circular. For in-person sessions, you will be provided with what you need to be comfortable, including cosy blankets and bolsters.

Whatever arises in the breathwork session, such as physical sensations, emotions, awarenesses, or inspiration are all connected in some way to your intention. The integration process supports your mind to catch up with what has shifted, helping to consolidate what you have released or resolved and to anchor in new awarenesses and truths you have discovered .

When Santhiya discovered Breathwork Mastery, it immediately opened her awareness to the profound connection between the body, nervous system, and the reality we create. What began as a personal journey soon became a passion for supporting others to move beyond conscious and unconscious limitations and reconnect with their inherent wholeness.
She feels deeply honoured to witness others experience the true freedom of returning to their truth and inherent wholeness. To walk beside people as they create an aligned life and embody your fullest potential.

Alison spent the first part of her career working as an Osteopath, before stepping away from clinical practice 15 years ago, feeling like something was missing in the way she was able to support her clients. Her path eventually led her to the somatic, body-up practices of Breathwork Mastery and polyvagal-informed nervous system awareness. Deeply impacted by the transformation she experienced herself, Alison immersed herself in the study of Breathwork Mastery and is currently in the final stages of an 18-month practitioner training, so she can support others to reconnect with their authentic selves, move beyond survival mode, and expand into possibility.

Breathwork Mastery is a calm, body-led, parasympathetic style of breathwork. Nothing is forced, and your system will only go as deep as it feels safe and supported to go. You are always in control of your experience.
Emotions coming to the surface to clear, process and integrate is a natural part of the process for some people. At any stage of the breathwork session, you can put up your hand to be supported by a highly experienced facilitator.
No. This is designed as an introduction to breathwork and is suitable whether you’re completely new or have previous experience.
During the intention-setting part of the process, we’ll move into smaller groups. You’ll be guided by your facilitator to connect with an area or areas of your life you want to shift and how you would prefer it to be.
You are always free to choose how much you share. You may share with the group, just with your facilitator, or keep it entirely to yourself.
While meditation often focuses on stilling the mind and observing thoughts from a distance, Breathwork Mastery invites you to move towards your internal experience.
By staying with what arises in the body, it can be felt, processed, and resolved. There is nothing to get right—your body leads the process.

That’s completely normal! Most people feel some level of uncertainty before their first session. You don’t need to have it all figured out, just a willingness to show up for yourself and the change you want to create.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to sit on the floor and lie down with ease. Bring a water bottle and a journal or something to write in.
As Stillpoint Studio is a shoe-free space, we recommend bringing warm socks.
